I have been playing a 7 string electric guitar for quite some time and Im just wondering if i should buy an acoustic because I REAL:LY want to become a professional at my playing. So would buying an acoustic guitar be relevent?

Im 16 and was recently inspired to buy and learn guitar.

I want to buy a guitar but I want to buy an electric guitar can I start off with an electric guitar or should I buy an acoustic guitar first

I’m thinking of buying my first acoustic guitar, next weekend and I”m not really sure what to buy. I’ve been playing guitar for many years, but only electric. So I’m real excited about getting an acoustic. My spending limit is only 400, so I probably just limited myself to nothing great, but any feedback would be great. I was thinking about either a Fender or Ibanez, but I’m not sure!
